At Voltage Coffee Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your commercial coffee equipment and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your specific equipment.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the shipment is insured for its full value.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to confirm it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
